When expressed on tumor macrophages, it cooperates with regulatory T cells (Tregs) to suppress tumor-associated antigen-specific T cell immunity and create an immunosuppressive microenvironment. B7-H4 Protein, Rat (HEK293, His) is the recombinant rat-derived B7-H4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
