It recognizes HLA-E loaded with self-peptides, monitors MHC class I expression in healthy cells, and promotes self-tolerance. NKG2A Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived NKG2A protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His, N-Avi labeled tag.
