Hsp90-Cdc37-IN-3 (Compound 9) is a novel celastrol imidazole derivative with anticancer activity. Hsp90-Cdc37-IN-3 inhibits Hsp90 Cdc37 by covalent-binding, and induces apoptosis[1].
