GSK-923295

GSK923295 is an allosteric inhibitor of CENP-E kinesin motor ATPase activity. It inhibits CENP-E microtubule-stimulated ATPase activity with a Ki of 3.2 ± 0.2 nM. It inhibits the growth of tumor cell lines with growth inhibitory activity (GI₅₀) values ranging from 12 nM to greater than 10,000 nM.
