Kv7.2/Kv7.3 agonist 1 exhibits analgesic efficacy in mice chronic constriction injury (CCI) model and mice Streptozotocin (HY-13753) -induced diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP) model, with ED50 of 12.02 and 9.63 mg/kg[1].
