It regulates cell adhesion and differentiation by interacting with DSG1 and inhibiting the ERK1/ERK2 signaling pathway. EphA2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived EphA2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
