BG14
BG14 is a chemical optical modulation of epigenetic regulation of transcription (COMET) probe. BG14 enables high-resolution optical control of epigenetic mechanisms using visible light and can photochromically inhibit human histone deacetylases (HDACs) . BG14 can be used to study the dynamic regulation of the human genome[1].
