Fucosyltransferase 6
Fucosyltransferase 6 is a fucosyltransferase that mediates the expression of the tetrasaccharide Sialyl-Lewis x (sLex, CD15s) on the surface of leukocytes. sLex participates in E-selectin-mediated leukocyte rolling and is related to the migration of leukocytes out of blood vessels[1].
