(R) -Nolpitantium is the R-enantiomer of Nolpitantium. Nolpitantium (SR140333) is a potent, selective, competitive, non-peptide tachykinin NK1 receptor antagonist. Nolpitantium blocks the activation of rat thalamic neurons after nociceptive stimulation[1].
