It regulates epithelial cell growth and protein synthesis through keratin 17 (KRT17), and may affect MDM2 autoubiquitination and activate p53. Stratifin Protein, Human (N-His, C-Myc) is the recombinant human-derived Stratifin protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-10*His, C-Myc labeled tag.
