TRAT1, Human (His)

TRAT1 protein stabilizes the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) /CD3 complex on T-cell surfaces. As a homodimer linked by disulfide bonds, TRAT1 interacts with CD3Z, enhancing the structural integrity and function of the TCR/CD3 complex. Phosphorylated TRAT1 also engages with PIK3R1, indicating its role in signaling pathways related to T-cell activation and response.
