AH1
AH1 is a MHC class I-restricted tumor-specific antigenic peptide that can be presented by the murine MHC class I molecule Ld. AH1 is derived from the envelope protein (gp70) of the endogenous ecotropic murine leukemia virus (MuLV) in mice. AH1 acts as an immunodominant CTL epitope in CT26 colon carcinoma. Additionally, AH1 is also an immunodominant CTL target for TS/A murine mammary adenocarcinoma, and its specific CTLs can mediate the killing and rejection of this tumor[1][2].
