T7 High Yield RNA Transcription Kit for Long Fragment

As a biological macromolecule, mRNA can be synthesized on a large scale by in vitro transcription (IVT). T7 promoter is one of the most efficient promoters at present. Therefore, T7 RNA polymerase can be used for in vitro transcription to obtain more synthetic products. This kit uses T7 RNA polymerase modified by molecular evolution and optimized by a series of transcription reaction systems and supports transcription of long fragment templates, such as self-replicating RNA, with high transcriptional efficiency and integrity. This kit can transcribe 150-200μg RNA per reaction, and the synthesized RNA can be used for many downstream applications such as RNA structure and function study, RNA enzyme protection, probe hybridization, RNAi, microinjection, and in vitro translation.
