Junctional adhesion molecule 2 (Jam2, Jam-B, CD322) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, and the junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) family. Jam2 is a type I membrane protein that is localized at the tight junctions of both epithelial and endothelial cells. Jam2 has integrin alpha-4/beta-1 binding activity and an inhibitory somatodendritic cue.
