Background
ELISA Washing Buffer is a PBS-based wash buffer for use in sandwich ELISA procedures. The buffer is the same formulation that is supplied with most ClinMax™ ELISA kits for cytokines and biomarkers, but not all. The 20X concentrated stock solution provided should be diluted to create a 1X working buffer for use in ELISA.
Applications
Use as a wash buffer when performing ELISAs. This wash buffer is used in most ELISA Kits, but not all.Please contact Technical Assistance for kit-specific information.
Stability
Unopened product should be stored at 2°C-30°C upon receiving. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
