Chickens were immunized with purified Human IgG. Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a Human IgG Fc column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively after blocking of the residual NHS sites.
