This interaction activates γ-δ T cells and induces downstream signaling through PI3 kinase and MAP kinase. JAML/AMICA Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived JAML/AMICA protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His, C-6*His labeled tag.
