Ningnanmycin
Ningnanmycin is a plant antiviral agent that has been found to directly bind to the coat protein (CP) of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and inhibit its assembly process. These interactions lead to the dissociation of the coat protein from the discoid structure into monomers, significantly reducing the pathogenicity of TMV[1].
