HCAXII-IN-10
HCAXII-IN-10 (Compound 18b) is a dual inhibitor of human carbonic anhydrase isoform XII (hCAXII) and cathepsin B, with a Ki value of 2.2 nM. hCAXII-IN-10 can inhibit the role of hCAXII in providing tumors with a pH microenvironment conducive to tumor growth, and is expected to be used in the study of tumor diseases[1].
