SOR-C13 acetate is the acetate salt form of SOR-C13 (HY-P1651) . SOR-C13 acetate is an antagonist for transient receptor potential vanilloid 6 (TRPV 6), with an IC50 of 14 nM. SOR-C13 acetate inhibits tumor growth in SKOV-3 xenograft mouse model[1].
