Recombinant RSV Prefusion F-trimer Protein (strain A2)

Recombinant RSV (strain A2) Prefusion F-trimer Protein is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln26-Leu513 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Some mutations and furin cleavage site substitutions are introduced to stabilize the trimeric prefusion state of RSV Fusion glycoprotein and abolish the furin cleavage site, respectively.
