It acts as a negative regulator of the Notch signaling pathway, promoting neurogenesis by inhibiting Notch cleavage. CHAC1 Protein, Human (His, Strep) is the recombinant human-derived CHAC1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-Strep, N-6*His labeled tag.
