Netilmicin sulfate exhibits antibacterial activity against aminoglycoside-susceptible gram-negative strains and aminoglycoside-resistant strain, such as Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Serratia, and Enterobacter, with MIC of 0.125-8 μg/mL[1].
