VUF 8430 dihydrobromide

VUF 8430 is a high affinity agonist (pKi = 7.5) for the histamine H4 receptor (pEC₅₀= 7.3). It is a moderate affinity agonist for the H3 receptor and is inactive at H1 and H2 receptor.
