Elbanizine
Elbanizine inhibits histamine, bradykinin, histamin-release from rat mast cells (IC50 of 0.26 μM) and the IgE-mediated passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction. Elbanizine exhibits antiallergic and antiasthmatic in guinea pig model[1].
