The TNKS1 protein is a polyADP-ribosyltransferase that is integral to multiple cellular processes, including the Wnt signaling pathway, telomere length regulation, and vesicle trafficking. In Wnt signaling, TNKS1 activates this pathway by poly-ADP-ribosylating AXIN1 and AXIN2, promoting their degradation.
