Recombinant Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor

Reconstitute the lyophilized product in sterile water not less than 100 ug/ml. Product was dialyzed against 5mM Tris pH 7.5/150mM NaCl prior to lyophilization.

Lyophilized product is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Store lyophilized product desiccated at -20°C. Upon reconstitution, store at 4°C for 2-7 days or aliquot and store at -20°C. For long-term storage add either HSA or BSA to 0.1%. Avoid repeated freeze- thaw cycles.
