HP-0175, Helicobacter pylori (GST)

HP-0175 is an antigen secreted by Helicobacter pylori. HP-0175 provides a link between helicobacter pylori-associated inflammation and gastric cancer by promoting the pro-inflammatory low-cytotoxic TIL response, stromal degradation, and pro-angiogenesis pathways. HP-0175 relies on the unfolded protein response (UPR) to autophagy in gastric epithelial cells and induce apoptosis.
