AChE-IN-67 (compound 8n) is a potent AChE inhibitor, with an IC50 of 0.033 μM. AChE-IN-67 exhibits activity similar to Donepezil (HY-14566) . AChE-IN-67 exhibits high blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability. AChE-IN-67 can be used for Alzheimer's disease research[1].
