FGL1 protein is the main ligand of LAG3 and can inhibit antigen-specific T cell activation, mediating the inhibitory function of LAG3 independently of MHC-II binding. FGL1 is secreted by liver cells and contributes to their growth. FGL1 Protein, Human (HEK293, mFc) is the recombinant human-derived FGL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-mFc labeled tag.
