BMS-180680 (PA-1806) is an antibiotic, which exhibits a board-spectrum antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria. BMS-180680 inihibits Pseudomonas aeruginosa with MIC of 0.25 µg/ml. BMS-180680 exhibits resistance to hydrolysis by β-lactamases, such as TEM-2 and PSE enzymes[1].
