Specificity

This antibody specifically recognizes mouse RELMb (Resistin-Like Molecule Beta), a secreted protein that is expressed exclusively in the gastrointestinal tract, particularly colon, in the mouse and human. Expression of RELMb is highest in proliferating epithelial cells and is significantly increased in tumor cells.
