Nelfinavir

Nelfinavir (AG-1341) is a potent inhibitor of HIV protease and induces endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, autophagy, and apoptosis in vitro and in vivo. It also inhibits Streptolysin S (SLS) production, a key virulence factor of Streptococcus pyogenes, with IC50 of 6 μM.
