Guanosine-5'-triphosphate disodium salt (5'-GTP disodium salt) is an intracellular signaling molecule, playing a key role in G protein-coupled receptor signaling and activating effector enzymes. It also enhances myogenic cell differentiation by upregulating miR-133a/b and myogenic regulatory factors, while promoting the release of guanosine-rich exosomes from human myogenic precursor cells.
