Emb01 (Anti-cMet & EGFR)

Emb01 is a tetravalent, bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and hepatocyte growth factor receptor (cMET) on tumor cells, preventing receptor activation and inducing receptor endocytosis, which effectively eliminates these targets on tumor cell surfaces. It demonstrates significant anti-tumor activity in patient-derived xenograft (PDX) and cell line-derived xenograft (CDX) models, with the potential to treat EGFR antibody-resistant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) .
