PH-064 (BIM46174) inhibits heterotrimeric G-protein signalling in GPCRsthat mediate cyclic AMP generation (GAs), calcium release (GAq), cancer cell invasion by Wnt-2 frizzled receptors, and high-affinity neurotensin receptors (GAo/i and GAq) .
