ZX703 is a proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC), that is a degrader of GPX4 through the ubiquitin-proteasome and the autophagy-lysosome with a DC50 of 0.315 μM. It induces the accumulation of lipid reactive oxygen species (ROS), thereby inducing ferroptosis cancer cells.
