Sonrotoclax demonstrates increased potency along with in vitro and in vivo inhibitory activity against both WT Bcl-2 and the G101V mutant. Bcl-xL Sonrotoclax has effective cell killing effect against a variety of lymphoma and leukemia cell lines.
