Zelenirstat (PCLX-001) is an orally active dual N-myristoyltransferase (NMT) inhibitor. It inhibits NMT1 and NMT2 with IC50 of 5 nM and 8 nM, respectively, in vitro. PCLX-001 inhibits early B-cell receptor (BCR) signalling, which can be used in B-cell malignancy research.
