Anti-CD163 (OR2805) is a human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody targeting CD163 (scavenger receptor cysteine-rich type 1 protein M130), with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. It targets and binds to CD163 expressed on immunosuppressive tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) within the tumor microenvironment (TME), and prevents the binding of CD163 to its ligands.
