Blast through a routine 2-hour PCR run in only 20 minutes! BlasTaqTM DNA Polymerase is a next-generation, engineered Taq polymerase designed for rapid PCR performance. It features fast extension rates and strong processivity, enabling shorter reaction times (up to 70% faster than standard wild-type Taq) while maintaining high yield, sensitivity, and robust performance. It has 5’→3’ polymerase and 5’→3’ exonuclease activity, lacks 3’→5’ exonuclease activity, and generates 3’-dA overhangs, making PCR products compatible with TA cloning vectors.
