BlasTaqTM 2X PCR MasterMix is a ready-to-use solution designed for fast, efficient, and reliable PCR amplification. It contains abm’s BlasTaqTM DNA Polymerase formulated in an optimized buffer with gel loading dye for added convenience. BlasTaqTM DNA Polymerase is a next-generation, engineered Taq polymerase with rapid extension rates and robust performance. It delivers higher processivity, yield, and sensitivity while reducing reaction time by up to 70% compared to standard Taq polymerase. It has 5’–3’ polymerase and 5’–3’ exonuclease activity but lacks 3’–5’ proofreading activity and generates 3’-dA-tailed products compatible with TA cloning systems.
