SensiStainTM Anti-DUSP4 Antibody
DUSPs, also known as MAPK phosphatases (MKPs), residues in MAPK P-loops and have been shown to play important roles in regulating the function of the MAPK family. Downregulation or loss of DUSP4 expression has been frequently observed in several malignancies including colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer. It could be a novel drug target since the study has shown the constitutive expression of DUSP4 in cancer cells contributes to enhanced proliferation through escape from apoptosis and cell cycle arrest.
