TRUPCR® Blood RNA Extraction Kit provides unique buffer systems that efficiently lyse the red blood cells and while cells are recovered by centrifugation. White blood cells are lysed by maintaining the specific denaturing conditions and RNA is specifically bound to the silica-membrane.
