TRUPCR® CRE Detection Kit

TRUPCR® CRE Detection Kit is an in vitro real-time PCR–based assay designed for the simultaneous identification of EnterobacteriaceaeEscherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae and the detection and differentiation of key carbapenem resistance genes directly from clinical samples or cultured isolates. The assay targets the most clinically relevant carbapenemase genes (blaKPC, blaNDM, blaVIM, blaOXA-48–like, and blaIMP), enabling rapid detection of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) .
