TRUPCR® Carbapenem Resistance Detection Kit

The TRUPCR® Carbapenem Resistance Detection Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for the qualitative detection and differentiation of blaKPC, blaNDM, blaVIM, blaOXA-48-like, and blaIMP gene sequences associated with carbapenem non-susceptibility using Real-Time PCR. This kit is intended for the rapid detection of the most clinically relevant carbapenem resistance genes. The results must be interpreted within the context of all relevant clinical and laboratory findings.
