The TRUPCR® Dengue, Chikungunya & Malaria Detection Kit is a multiplex real-time PCR-based assay designed for the qualitative detection ofDengue virus (DENV) RNA, Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) RNA, andPlasmodium spp.DNA from human clinical samples such as serum, plasma, and blood.This CE-IVD marked kit enables detection of viral and parasitic targets, ensuring rapid, specific, and reliable identification of three major tropical pathogens in a single workflow. The assay utilises one-step real-time reverse transcription PCR technology, where RNA is first reverse-transcribed into cDNA, followed by amplification and fluorescent signal detection. The integrated endogenous internal control ensures assay reliability and detects possible PCR inhibition.
