TRUPCR® CT/NG Real-time PCR Detection Kit is a Real-time PCR test for the qualitative detection of Human Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) bacterial DNA in clinical samples. The kit is based on the amplification of a conserved region of the bacterial genome. In this CT/NG kit there are multiplexed reactions running in parallel in single tubes: 1. Chlamydia trachomatis in the FAM channel2. Neisseria gonorrhoeae in the HEX channel3. Internal control (IC) DNA in TexRed channel
