TRUPCR® Influenza A/B & RSV with SARS-CoV-2 RT-qPCR Kit

The TRUPCR® Influenza A/B & RSV with SARS-CoV-2 RT-qPCR Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of Type A Influenza virus (including Pandemic H1N1 and H3N2 subtypes), Type B Influenza virus, Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus (HRSV), Sarbecovirus (E gene) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2; N and RdRp genes) The kit uses real-time reverse transcription PCR (RT-qPCR) for detection of RNA from respiratory specimens, including nasopharyngeal/oropharyngeal swabs and aspirates, sputum, tracheal aspirates, and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. An endogenous internal control (RNaseP) is included in each reaction to monitor sample quality and minimize false negatives
