The TRUPCR® Human Parvovirus B19 Quantitative Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for the detection and quantification of Human Parvovirus B19 specific DNA in clinical samples using Real-time PCR. An endogenous internal control for human nucleic acid is included in this kit. Results from the TRUPCR® Human Parvovirus B19 Quantitative Kit must be interpreted in the context of all relevant clinical and laboratory findings. In this kit, there are two independent reactions running in parallel in each tube: All reactions are detected in the FAM and HEX/VIC channels.
